Teaching Philosophy
Every child should be given the opportunity to reach his/her full
potential. It is the job of the instructor to provide an optimal learning
environment for each and every child that walks into his/her classroom. The
instructor should show an exuberance for teaching that brings out a desire
to learn from each child that resides in that classroom. The instructor
still must be willing to learn as a student will pose a new problem everyday
that the instructor will not be fully able to answer. The instructor
must also be able to challenge each student without discouraging the student
from learning, so finding acceptable and attainable challenges is a must.
finally, an instructor must be passionate about what he/she is doing.
Each unit should be attacked with the same intensity, and the same zest
for teaching. The student will see that the teacher is interested and
therefore the student may develop a keen interest in the subject too.
